[PATCH 0/3 v2] hal-info: Acer keyboard updates

I am resending my earlier patches, since nothing seems to have happened with 
them (no responses, and not committed to hal-info either).

Change Log for Version 2:

I've rearranged the order of patches 2 and 3, so that Extensa 4010 support is 
added _before_ the clean up patch.
