[PATCH 3/3 v2] keymap: Acer: Add some missing keycodes, rearrange, cleanup comments

Add in missing brightness keycodes for Aspire 1690, 3050, 5050, 5650

Merge TravelMate 3000 and 6292 as they have identical entries

Reorganise entries (split, merge, etc) where appropriate (see above)

Clean up comments: The "X is identical to Y" comments don't make sense
now that we are matching whole groups - the original context was that
Acer released a few models based on the same "base". Comments now
reflect what keys a set of laptops have (e.g. most laptops have the
same "standard" keys with varying extras (Euro & Dollar, brightness,
etc) on top - label these appropriately.

Aspire 1690 keycodes have been confirmed by a user, so are no longer
just based on hotkey-setup
