Dell Inspiron E1505 video suspend quirk

Hi,

The current quirk rule for my Dell Inspiron E1505 does not work,
because the product string does not start with Inspiron.  Moving the
rule match for product MM061 outside the match for prefix="Inspiron"
makes suspend/resume work correctly.

Laptop model: Dell Inspiron E1505 (bios version A12)
  system.hardware.vendor = 'Dell Inc.'  (string)
  system.hardware.product = 'MM061'  (string)
