Not even then, I suspect. As someone using an automated LFS system, I
actually had my build set up such that hal depended on hal-info. Not
strictly accurate, but it ensured that anything that required the former
would drag in the latter. Now trying to find a better way of doing it,
since it's obviously not workable once hal-info depends on HAL...
