ConsoleKit changes

Hi,

We've made some changes to ConsoleKit recently that think are worth mentioning.

* add a way to synchronously run programs on session add/remove/activity_change

* maintain a file with the dump of the local database

What do you think of using this log format?

Next thing to do is to add a ck-last command that will be able to give
per-seat history.

Hmm, getting pretty close to "init" territory here...

Thoughts?
