[PATCH] hal: Allow vfat option 'usefree'

Fine for me, it's not exactly something that's painful to maintain. :-) 
But since it doesn't change any default option, just allows people to
specify it with gnome-mount if they want to, I thought it couldn't
hurt to put it there.

If that mount option is scheduled to go away in a later upstream
kernel, then I agree with you.
