[patch] quirks and keymap for Acer TravelMate 430

Patch tested on an Acer TravelMate 435LMi laptop with current Debian Sid
(hal 0.5.10-1).

Please note that:
- in order to get all the scancodes from the keys either the acerhk
(poll=0) or the omnibook (ectype=1) module is needed; unfortunately a
fully supporting project doesn't exist for this laptop:
- the omnibook module (http://omnibook.sourceforge.net/) is a live
project; it enables the missing hotkeys, allows cpu temperature and fan
monitoring and can get display brightness (but can't set it: the value
is stored but brightness doesn't change accordingly until one of the
brightness keys is pressed) via /proc/omnibook/; the mail LED is not
managed and the fan policy doesn't seem coherent with the actual policy
(but I'd need further testing in order to try different BIOS settings);
- the acerhk module
(http://www.cakey.de/acerhk/archives/acerhk-0.5.35.tar.bz2) allows only
hotkeys and mail LED control; while this module offers a way to control
the wireless and bluetooth LEDs via /proc/driver/acerhk/, echoing to
those files does not change the state of the wireless LED; the acerhk
development seems almost abandoned.
- resume from s2ram also works with --vbe_save.

Thanks
