Problem with backlight after suspend on Dell D830 (Bios A02 and A04)

Hi,

after suspend display will be dimm at 50% and FN-Backlight Keys will NOT 
work. After a subsequent hibernate everything fine again. Hibernate will 
allways work with backlight correct up and Keys will work. Any idea ?

lshal attached. System Fedora 7 including all updates until today.

I've already tried including D820 spec to it from F7.91 tree as D830 in 
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/20-video-quirk-pm-dell.fdi.
I also tried kernel acpi=s3_bios and s3bios quirk patch in D830 spec.

I also tried /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/10-dell-laptop-brightness.fdi having 
in device info.udi changed laptop_panel.brightness_in_hardware to true. 
But no success.

Any idea?
