FDI File for ALPS Touchpad device

Hey all,

Here is an fdi file to instruct X to use the synaptics driver for ALPS
touchpad devices (at least the one on my Dell Latitude D830). I'm not
sure if this should be included in hal-info or not but hopefully it will
help someone,
