[PATCH] Add HP nx6120 suspend quirk

Affected laptop: HP Compaq nx6120

Attached patch is based on user report that pm-hibernate works as
expected, but pm-suspend does not resume properly -- no backlight on
resume.  Adding --quirk-vbe-post results in correct resume.

Relevant lshal block is also attached in case you think this is better
done some other way, Danny...
