ThinkPad X61 patch

Starting from 2.6.24 kernel X61 ThinkPads don't need any quirks to suspend and
resume. Kernels 2.6.23 and before that needed s3bios quirk.

I am attaching a patch that removes my X61 laptop model from the list of laptops
needing s3bios quirk.
