[PATCH] 10-usb-pda.fdi update for PalmOS USB handhelds

The attached fdi patch identifies PalmOS USB handhelds; the USB VID/PIDs
match those used by the pilot-link libusb code.

I re-used the pda namespace from the existing 10-usb-pda.fdi
