[PATCH 0/2] remove deprecated keys from HAL

Hi,

some deprecated keys/properties reached the end of lifetime with 2008-03-01 
because they are now 12 months deprecated. The keys are:
- info.bus --> replaced by info.subsystem
- *.physical_device --> replaced by *.orginating_device

The following two patches, get commited 1. March 2008 remove them completely 
from HAL. Please be prepared and check your HAL consuming applications.
