[PATCH] Improved Toshiba hotkeys support

Hi

I wanted to move handling of hotkeys on my notebook away from fnfxd to
HAL, but I faced a problem that most of keys are not recognized by HAL.
So I took keyboard mapping from fnfxd and converted it into C code
which seems to be used for this in HAL. Can you look at it and possibly
merge it?

PS: Now I only need to figure out how to bind something to these
events ;-).
