hp dv9010us hal quirks dv9010US lshal output + suspend to ram problems

suspend/resume no longer work at all (It does work fine in windows xp
for reference) (Kernel update maybe, maybe noapic option at boot),
before with s3 it worked once - second time same symptoms as now (Screen
doesn't post keyboard doesn't respond but the lights stop blinking).
However once i was able to suspend/resume twice - first time with s3,
second time with vbemode 

I'm trying noapic to see if it resolves the system freezes I started to
experience after the bios update. So far i haven't had a lockup with
noapic, but without it _can_ go >24hrs before a lockup without(usually
locks up within a couple hours however) so it will take time to test.

With the old bios noapic was only needed during installation of linux
using older kernels - after kernel updates it was no longer needed, and
now after a bios update it seems to be needed again.  May it be related?
