I've fixed the comment. In fact sonypi is dead and replaced by sony-laptop. 
You can find the scancodes now in the kernel source in the file 
sony-laptop.c .

Btw. on Sony machines you should use showkey to get the scancodes since on 
these machines with a loaded sony-laptop module you have no unknown 
scancodes.
