hal info for suspending my new HP pavilion 2670

Hey,

The attached patch makes suspend work on my new notebook.
gnome-power-manager still notifies me as if the suspend process didn't
work (not sure why), but it does work correctly, been using for about a
week with no problems.

I found it very hard editing the XML, btw, because it's poorly indented,
would be good to give it some formating love =).
