pm-utils 1.1.1 released

6 weeks after pm-utils 1.1.0 was released, pm-utils 1.1.1 is here.

This release includes:
* Hook blacklisting updates to make suspend/resume using uswsusp easier.
* Minor documentation updates.
* Numerous small bugs not caught in the last release.
