[PATCH 0/3] hald-linux: introduction

Hello HAL,

I am sending this mail as an introduction to myself, since I am just about to
send three patches out, not even knowing if this is the right place or way.
I have recently been doing some kernel improvements for the Apple Macbook
models (bcm5974, applesmc), and things are now running smoothly enough to look
at the last few remaining issues. One of those things involves the keyboard
backlight functionality, which appears to be broken for many Macbooks. So, here
comes some patches that hopefully make sense. At least they work for me :-)
