[PATCH] USB OBEX support

Hi,

here are two patches (hal and hal-info) that add USB CDC OBEX
interface support to hal. Basically, hal finds those interfaces by
standard class/subclass, adds various OBEX capabilities based on the
interface description (those present on the Nokia mobile phone - we'll
probably need to add more in the future for other phones) and sets up
access rights similar to digital cameras and audio players. Please
review and apply :)
