[PATCH] New Card Reader fdi and microSD cards

Dear Friends

I've just bought a Jessops branded multi card reader. The usb vendor
string is 'Transcend Communication, Inc.'

Attached is a patch to recognise the various card types against the
storage.model strings it uses.

A question though. It has a dedicated slot for microSD cards. What
drive_type should we use? I've invented 'micro_sd', but you may suggest
it just uses 'sd_mmc' like a regular size (and mini-) SD card.
