Nokia E75 USB/Modem ID Patch

Hi,

please find the attached patch to add Nokia E75 USB ID 0x10e (in PC Suite Mode) for 10-modem.fdi.

Although the current NetworkManager can also autoprobe this device it seems that other recent Nokia models are also listed there and this also speeds up things slightly as the probe becomes unnecessary.

Even with this patch HAL/NetworkManager are not able to use Wifi/WLAN of the phone but perhaps it is not possible in any case.
