Problem: Epsxe arrow keys not working

Firstly, I apologize if this is the wrong list, I wasn't able to find
out one way or the other.

I recently upgraded to xorg-server 1.5 and everything that went with
it, hal, dbus, etc.

Since then, epsxe no longer recognises my arrow keys, google says this
issue also occurs with DOSbox.

xev and showkey report the right keysyms for them.
