Missing hotkeys that were in Ubuntu's hotkey-setup package

Hi:

At the Ubuntu Developer Summit in Mountain View last year, one of the
items for discussion was to get all of the hotkeys that were being set
via the Ubuntu hotkey-setup package moved into HAL.  I've attached a
series of patches against hal-info that should move all except the IBM
hotkeys out.
