quirks patch for hp tc4400, nc4400, tc4200

hi,

this mail includes a patch for the hp tc4x00 series of laptops. All of 
them require vbe-post, so I included them in the line that also contains 
the quirk for nc4200, as they share the same platform.

I noticed backlight adjustement does not work anymore when suspended 
once. I read about some /proc/acpi/video-foo but these files do not 
exist on my system. Anyone having a workaround handy?
