After recompile hal, my keyboard and mouse died.........

Because I want to update my NetworkManager, I try to recomplile hal,
dbus, PolicyKit
etc. After I reboot my pc, system halt at "hal startup". When passing this
step, my pc will enter gdm and My keyboard and my mouse died....Avahi-daemon
also died....

Althrough I copy x11-input.fdi from ubuntu wiki, I still can't enable my
keyboard &mouse.....@@

Any ideas will be appreciated.
