ThinkPad ThinkPoint support for middle-button scrolling

This breaks anyone who expects a held middle button to remain a held 
middle button rather than scrolling. I'm not saying that this behaviour 
is intrinsically better, but changing the default may confuse existing 
users. Why not just add this to an input preferences app?
