hal video quirk for averatech 3200 series

while this quirk works both from tty and X i should note that the addition
of the quirk to:

/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/20-video-quirk-pm-misc.fdi

only automagically fixed suspend from X and when logged in.
suspend from gdm apparently required also specifying the option directly
to gdm, ie in:

/usr/share/gdm/defaults.conf   or   /etc/gdm/gdm.conf

and suspend from the command line seems to require specifying on the
command line ie:

pm-suspend --quirk-vbestate-restore

or i am not using the proper command?

in any case - this quirk works for me for all situations on this machine ;)
