hal-info quirk for lenovo t500

  Hello.  I have just purchased a Lenovo T500 laptop and installed
Debian Lenny.  I found that suspend would not work out of the box.  The
attached patch to hal-info allows it to work.  The vbe_post is needed to
make suspend/resume work in X, and the vbestate_restore is needed to
make it work from text console.  I believe this is consistent with what
lenovo recommends on their website
(http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-72314)  although that site is to be written for the older /etc/powersave/sleep file.
