hal daemon not running properly

Hi,

I am using,
HAL package version: 0.5.11
D-Bus Message Bus Daemon 1.4.1
udevd version 141

Hald daemon is not able to run properly or not getting ready. Please see
the output of following commands run in order.

Could not initialise connection to hald.
Normally this means the HAL daemon (hald) is not running or not ready.

There are no error messages in hald output. And both dbus and udev daemons
are running.
I am using evdev driver in xorg.conf  (xorg with hal support) so my mouse
and keyboard are also not working.
Xorg log is giving error "(EE) config/hal: couldn't initialise context:
unknown error (null)"
So this issue has become critical.
