[HarfBuzz] Who is integrating Pango's shapers into HarfBuzz?

If it helps, there's a comparison table of all the pending bugs in all
the major rendering systems with respect to the Bengali script at  -

I have already submitted a few patches for Pango[1] to fix the issues
- and I would love to help with this in Harfbuzz as well.
