Well, all this panning doesn't really get us anywhere as long as no one is
actively developing HarfBuzz. So, my yes or no hear doesn't mean anything.
In the vision I have for HarfBuzz though, no, it wouldn't be ok to link to
libthai. In my view, libthai will be merged into HarfBuzz as HarfBuzz will be
the definitive Free shaping engine. We don't need a libthai and a libarabic
and a libindic...
