[HarfBuzz] harfbuzz-ng progress report

FWIW, right now I can see (still learning git over here...) that the
code is available in the harfbuzz-ng branch which you can grab with:
git checkout -b harfbuzz-ng origin/harfbuzz-ng

(if you haven't cloned the repository yet it's
git clone git://git.gnome.org/pango)

And there's always the web interface:
http://git.gnome.org/cgit/pango/log/?h=harfbuzz-ng
