[HarfBuzz] are there any recent changes in harfbuzz?

I can only speak for Qt here: We are currently using harfbuzz. Once ng is 
ready, we'll evaluate and see how to move over. This will certainly not happen 
before Qt 4.8 or even 4.9.

In the meantime I am trying to still fix bugs in harfbuzz (as my time 
permits).
