[HarfBuzz] Template or sample code for writing a shaper for harfbuzz-ng?

Christopher's question is very relevant:  A listing of who is writing,
or wants to help write, which shapers would be extremely helpful to
everyone.

Also, I would like to point out that I have not yet received answers
to my original questions ... hmmm .....
