[HarfBuzz] Graphite status

Dear Martin,

It's very good news to hear. Recently I found a request
of Graphite support in Qt. Now Qt uses older HarfBuzz,
but if you can keep Graphite backend in newer HarfBuzz
alive, Qt developers won't have to write huge glue code
to support Graphite.
