[HarfBuzz] HarfBuzz news, please read.

Hi all,

With help from the fdo admins, I finally moved the hb-ng tree to a more
prominent place.  It also meant that the old tree had to move around to make
room.  So, effective immediately:

New, being developed, HarfBuzz tree (aka harfbuzz-ng) is at:

  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/harfbuzz/
  git://anongit.freedesktop.org/harfbuzz
  ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/harfbuzz

Old, FreeType+Qt-based, HarfBuzz tree is at:

  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/harfbuzz.old
  git://anongit.freedesktop.org/harfbuzz.old
  ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/harfbuzz.old

You can update your existing trees by editing .git/config and adjusting the
URL.  I'll go update the wiki page now.

While at it, I wanted to point out that harfbuzz.org has been in existence for
years, so we all may want to start using it, and Google should start picking
it up.  If someone wants to start making the "website" look more like a real
website, let me know.

Coming up soon:

  - A real, hooked-up, Arabic/Syriac/N'ko shaper.  The code is in git already,
but not hooked up.  I've been refactoring and streamlining the shaper code to
integrate complex shapers for a week now, and expect that I finish it today.
Partial work is in git.

  - An API review hackfest (early November?).

  - Documentation, test suite...
