[HarfBuzz] patch to fix in harfbuzz for bengali and kannada

Hi,

    In Bengali and Kannada has one more special exception i.e rendering
yaphala (bengali) and 0c95 combination with 'Ra' but its conflicts with
Reph, so there is special condition to use 200D after "Ra" to avoid reph
formation.

    I worked on this, patch is resolving this problem but somehow cursor
is not moving at the end of this syllable. :(
    Since patch is for special condition it will not create any
regression as well, even as far as i know indic script never uses 200d
after consonant.

    is there anything missing in patch or need improvement to patch?
