Please also mention how to control multiple features, i.e. whether there
should be one --features call with multiple comma-separated feature
parameters, a la

hb-view --features="kern[3:5]=0,calt=1"

or whether there should be multiple --features arguments, each setting
one feature, as in

hb-view --features="kern[3:5]=0" --features="calt=1"

or something else. It's not entirely trivial for a user.
