[HarfBuzz] Query on the latest - Indic (Telugu/Devanagari ..) shaping support

       I am eagerly waiting for the latest harfbuzz open source library which supports Indic text reshaping.

       Could you please check and update the current status of the Indic support in latest harfbuzz, your feedback will be really helpful.
