[HarfBuzz] harfbuzz.old applies x advances for rtl in the wrong direction

I did some bug fixing and took some integration work from Lars, but all the
patches that go in are still under his review.

I am definitely interested in porting it to hb-ng, we haven't set up a
project for it yet (it's going to be quite a lot changes), but I hope
I can at least start doing it as an experimental project in the upcoming
5 or 6 months.
