[HarfBuzz] Text Layout Summit at Desktop Summit?

Hello,

Ok, based on the feedback I decided that a meeting would be worthwhile, so I
just contacted the Desktop Summit team to do the logistics.  The official
dates for the meeting will be Aug 9 to 12.  That is, I requested a room for
those days, but I plan to be at Desktop Summit and attending talks from 6th to
8th.

I'll setup a wiki page as soon as it's confirmed that we will have a room.
