[HarfBuzz] harfbuzz version

In www.harfbuzz.org we found 0.6.0 but in other way ,I found 0.7.0 and 0.7.0 support tamil ,but 0.6.0 not support . I also found 0.7.0 only support arabic and indic not support other ,like thai or tibetan. so i think harfbuzz not support all language and pango can support all language although pango include harfbuzz
