[HarfBuzz] Possible bug with shaping

Dear,

A colleague of mine found a possible bug with Hindi.

The string "द्दि" (u0926 + u094d + u0926 + u093f) displays correctly in 
GTK+ but not with hb-view (I tried with the Gargi-1.2b font).

Please let me know if you need any more information.
