[HarfBuzz] Building harfbuzz-ng using Android NDK

Dear All,
I tried compiling indic-text-rederer code (along with harfbuzz code) and
got the following error:

error: `__sync_fetch_and_add' undeclared


I compiled in Windows 7 machine using cygwin.
I have posted the complete error here:

Anyone encountered such error ? Pls help me to resolve this issue.
