[HarfBuzz] Harfbuzz without icu/glib

Hi,

I am trying to use harfbuzz in Android. Is it possible to use harfbuzz
without depending on icu/glib. If not then do i have to build a copy of
icu4c for Android?

Any other ideas in this regard are appreciated.
