Interesting - I don't see the same problems in the Sanskrit when trying 
locally. For example, the name Arjuna:

   अर्जुन

is wrong in the Harfbuzz section of your screenshot, but shapes fine in 
my testing.

Are you running up-to-date HB code? What version of Code2000? (I tried 
1.171 here.)
