[HarfBuzz] Compiling without hb-old, integration of UCDN project

Hi Behdad,

Not being a C coder, it is pretty hard for me to integrate the UCDN sources with HarfBuzz. I get some weird errors, and I'm not sure I'm still on the right track fixing them. Can you help me with this? It sounds cool that you can reduce UCDN's size in the future, but for the prototyping phase I'm in now, it would be perfectly fine to work with the 200k version. If you could send me a diff for what I need to change, that'd be awesome. 

Another question: is it possible to compile without the old HarfBuzz code in src/hb-old?
