[HarfBuzz] Using hb_font_get_glyph_h_kerning

Hi
I want to write a function that obtains all horizontal kerning pairs and
their kerning value but I have not found any documentation or examples on
how the basic functions in harfbuzz should be used.

I have attached a file with an example that think it should work.

What am I missing?'
