[HarfBuzz] Yet another problem with old khmer fonts ;-)

I guess it's a font problem since newer versions of these fonts
usually don't have that problem but it used to look good... and it
still looks good with other renderers...

Expected result: Kh-Metal-Chrieng-2-10.png
Harfbuzz result: Kh-Metal-Chrieng-1-00.png
